Jo Cooke is currently working towards an Advanced Diploma in Coach Training. This will enable her to develop her passion for working with individuals to support their growth and development.

She believes that if people can be better supported to realise their potential and live by their values, this will in turn enable them to experience greater wellbeing, contributing to healthier, happier workplaces and communities.

Following a number of years working in challenging third sector business environments, Jo has taken a step back to focus on what is key to her health and wellbeing; spending more time with her family and doing things that are aligned with her values!

She currently is the Director of a start up holiday property management company, Devon Holiday Cottages Ltd. Part of this work focuses on bringing more environmentally sustainable practices to this important service industry in Devon.

Jo is a keen cycler and loves bombing around the Devon lanes and taking on the big hills!
